Report a concern
A certification that cannot be taken away is not a certification. If a Client First Certified agency has fallen short of the standards it signed, we want to know.
What to send
- The agency's name and, if you have it, their certificate number
- What happened, and roughly when
- Which standard you think was not met — or just describe it, we will work that out
- Anything written: an email, a quote, a policy document, a text message
What happens next
- A person reads it. Not a queue, not an autoresponder.
- We contact the agency and ask for their account. Most of these turn out to be a misunderstanding worth resolving rather than a violation.
- If a standard was genuinely not met, the outcome is recorded and the certification can be suspended or revoked. Every action is logged with a written reason.
- We tell you what we concluded.
This is not a substitute for your state regulator
We can withdraw a badge. We cannot fine anyone, order a claim paid, or take a licence away. If money or a claim is at stake, file with your state department of insurance as well — it is free, and it is the body with actual authority. Every state guide links to the right one.
