What this service is
Client First Certified operates a directory of independent insurance agencies and a certification programme. We are not an insurance agency, agent, broker or carrier. We do not sell insurance, quote insurance, bind coverage or give insurance advice.
What certification means, and what it does not
Certification means an agency applied, was reviewed by a person against a written checklist, completed our course, and signed our published practice standards. It is a statement about documented process and verified legitimacy at the time of review.
It is not a guarantee of any outcome. It is not a warranty of the agency's advice, a promise that a claim will be paid, or a substitute for your own judgement. We do not supervise the agencies in this directory and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Your relationship is with the agency.
Information on this site
Coverage explanations, state requirements and local context are general information. Insurance is regulated state by state and policy language varies between carriers and forms. We cite our sources and date our pages; we do not represent that any of it applies to your situation. Talk to a licensed agent about your own circumstances.
No paid placement
No agency pays us for listing, ranking, certification or editorial selection, and there is no mechanism by which it could. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the directory, submit quote requests you did not intend, misrepresent who you are, or use contact details from this site for marketing. Agencies may display the badge only while their certification is active and only as described in the badge usage terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a date. Practice standards are versioned separately, and an agency's signed record always reflects the version it actually agreed to.
